To encourage more quality papers to be submitted, several Best Paper awards with up for grabs an overall total of more than Cash MYR 10,500.00.
1) The ranking for the Best Paper Awards shall be based only on the papers:-
(a) Orally presented (F2F) at the conference.
(b) Published in the E-BPJ, whereby the Publication Fees is required to be submitted together with the compulsory Conference Registration Fees during the full paper submission process.
(c) Wth a score above 70%.
(d) With international co-author (Non-Malaysians exempted) not co-authoring more than 1 paper. (All papers co-authored by the same International co-author will be disqualified)
2)Award winners (not representative) must be present during the Best Paper Award Announcement. Failing which, they shall be disqualified.
3)The Best Paper Awards Certificates and the Cash prizes shall be provided within 1 week after the ceremony.
The awards are categorised as below:-
THE Best Paper Award
Cash prize of MYR 3,000.00
& Registration Fees waiver for the next conference.
Best Paper (1st Runners Up) Award
Cash prize of MYR 2,500.00
& Registration Fees waiver for the next conference.
Best Paper (2nd Runners Up) Award
Cash prize of MYR 2,000.00
& Registration Fees waiver for the next conference.
Best Paper (Special Mention) Award
Cash prize of MYR 1000.00
& Registration Fees waiver for the next conference.
Best Paper (Consolation) Top 5- 10 Award
(Applicable only if Oral Presentations exceed 40 papers.
Cash prize of MYR 250.00
& 20% discount Registration Fees for the next conference.
Best Paper (Consolation) Top 11- 15 Award
(Applicable only if Oral Presentations exceed 50 papers) .
Cash prize of MYR 100.00
& 10% discount Registration Fees for the next conference.
5) Validity for the prizes is within 12 months only. Abstract Fees & Publication Fees for the next conference are not waived. Late Charges still apply for late submissions.
6) Registration Fees prizes for the next conference are for the same 1st author only.
7) Cash Prizes must be claimed within 1 week after the Announcement during the Post-Conference session, by providing Bank Account details to the Conf Sec. Failing which the winners will lose the cash prizes.
